Please provide details like the quantity you need, preferred material (rubber, PU, microfiber), size (Size 7 for men, Size 6 for women, Size 5 for youth), and any specific color requirements. If you have a logo design, attach it in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format for a better understanding of your project.
2. Quotation & Order Confirmation
Based on the details you provide, we will calculate the total cost, including production, logo printing, and shipping options (FOB/CIF), within 24 hours.
Once you review and accept the quote, we will send you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
Upon your confirmation and receipt of the deposit (usually 30%), we will proceed to the next step.
3. Design Proof & Approval
Our design team will create a digital mock-up of the basketball with your logo. This is a crucial step to ensure everything is accurate before mass production.
We will send the proof to you for review and approval. We will not start production until we receive your explicit approval.
4. Mass Production
Once the design proof is approved, we will schedule the production of your complete order.
Our quality control team conducts rigorous checks on air retention, bounce, and printing durability throughout the manufacturing process.
5. Logistics & Shipping
We will arrange shipment based on your requirements. We can handle both sea freight (for large bulk orders) and air freight (for time-sensitive or sample orders). After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and all necessary shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice).
6. Final Delivery & After-Sales Support
