At Atlantic Ball, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality custom basketballs, soccer balls, and footballs for schools, clubs, and distributors worldwide. Because every order is custom-made with your logo and colors, we follow a specific return and refund policy that protects both you and our factory. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.1. Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
All custom products (including but not limited to basketballs, soccer balls, and footballs with custom logos, colors, or packaging) are made-to-order. They cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:- Change of mind after production has started.
- Incorrect size or material ordered by the customer (if the proof was approved).
- Color variations that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
- Minor differences between the digital proof and the final printed product.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order to confirm quality, feel, and printing.2. Quality Issues & Defective Products
If you receive products that are defective due to our manufacturing error, we will make it right. This includes:- Incorrect logo, size, or color compared to the approved proof.
- Printing errors, peeling, or smudging.
- Balls that fail to hold air or have structural defects.
To resolve a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You must provide:- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
- Your order number or Proforma Invoice number.
- A brief description of the problem.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:- Replacement of the defective items in your next order.
- A partial refund corresponding to the value of the defective items.
- Full refund if the entire shipment is unusable.
Because return shipping from overseas is often more expensive than the product itself, we do not require you to ship defective items back unless we specifically request it.3. Shipping Damage
If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage, take photos immediately and note it on the carrier’s delivery document. Then contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the freight forwarder or insurance company to file a claim. If the damage is minor, we may offer a partial refund or replacement in your next order. If the damage is severe, we will replace the affected items at our cost.4. Shortage or Missing Items
If you receive fewer items than stated on the packing list, please count the cartons and compare them against the packing list within 3 days of delivery. Contact us immediately with photos of the packing list and the cartons you received. After verification, we will either:- Ship the missing items to you by express at our cost, or
- Credit the value of the missing items to your next order.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before production begins for a full refund of your deposit, minus any transaction fees. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable because materials have already been purchased and cut. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details.6. How to Contact Us
