1. Shipping Policy
We ship custom basketballs, soccer balls, and footballs worldwide. Shipping methods include sea freight, air freight, and express courier.Shipping Methods
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 25–40 days. Best for large bulk orders.
- Air Freight: 15–25 days. Best for urgent bulk orders.
- Express Courier: 3–7 days. Best for samples and small orders.
Trade Terms
We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU. Choose the term that best fits your experience and budget.Packing
All balls are deflated and packed in PP bags, then in strong corrugated cartons. Custom packaging available on request.Shipping Cost
Cost depends on destination, weight, volume, and method. We quote shipping with your Proforma Invoice.Tracking
We provide tracking numbers, Bill of Lading, or Air Waybill within 24 hours of shipment.2. Payment Policy
Our standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment.Accepted Payment Methods
- T/T (Bank Transfer): Preferred for bulk orders.
- PayPal: For sample orders and small batches.
- PingPong: Cross-border payment platform.
Currency
All prices are in USD. EUR or GBP can be arranged on request.Bank Charges
Bank charges outside China are the buyer’s responsibility.Payment Confirmation
After payment, send us a screenshot or bank slip with your PI number.Late Payment
Late payment may delay production and shipment. A 0.5% per day late fee may apply.3. Returns & Refunds
Custom products are non-returnable unless defective. Please inspect your shipment within 7 days of receipt.Quality Issues
If you receive defective products, contact us within 7 days with photos or video. We will replace the items or issue a partial/full refund.Shipping Damage
Inspect cartons before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours.Shortage
Count cartons against the packing list within 3 days. Report missing items with photos.Cancellation
